Several of you need to desperately take a statistics class. Maybe then people would stop citing useless statistics that don't account for the impact of literally dozens of independent variables that drastically change everything.

Consider the power that Wraith has against new players.
Then consider how much these stats are offset by newer players (Nurse kill rate and Cenobite kill rate would be my first pieces of justifying proof for this being true).
If you took very low MMR play out of the equation, I'd bet Wraith would be 40% or lower.
I wouldn't have nerfed him at all, to be honest - not unless you want to significantly rework him to be harder to play well (reduce the 'width' of his lunge to be more like Pig's Ambush or something).
Very low MMR play isn't something to balance around much. It's chaotic and not really representative of how the game is played by anyone else.
