Will "I want to play a game" work with Video Tape?

The video tape causes all survivors to start the trial already installed. Does that give me already 4 more traps installed count to achievement?

Not sure, but why not just test it? It’s one match and you can easily check right after (though keep in mind sometimes it takes a little time until the achievement count will get updated)
