Hemorrhage Status Effect Change
Hemorrhage Status
While a Survivor is Afflicted by Hemmorrhage:
Survivors Healing Progress and Dying State Recovery decays by 2-Charges while not Healing or Recovering.
Survivors lose 15% of their Dying State Progress when Put into the Dying State.
Every 5%-Bleedout Progress while a Survivor is in the Dying State will reduce the Survivor's Entity Sacrifice Progression by 1.5-Seconds to a Maximum of 15-Seconds when Hooked.

I like the ideas, it fits what it should be the hemorrhage effect. And a lot of perks and addons could be finally useful.

Only issue with that is I think Hemorrhage isn’t intended to be a primary condition, it’s usually linked with something else (e.g. Sloppy Butcher is both Mangle and Hemorrhage). So if you significantly buffed Hemorrhage you’d also have to revise anything it’s paired with.
As a secondary effect leaving more blood trail isn’t bad though. And it works especially well with Bloodhound, one of my personal favorites. 😉

Heck no. That is way overpowered for how easy it is to apply the status effect. Just buff Deerstalker to reduce recovery and healing speed of slugs, but absolutely not to adding all of that to haemorrhage.

As a secondary I agree. However there are some add-ons that ONLY give Hemorrhage. Either they should get a secondary effect or Hemorrhage should be slightly better.

I agree there, the couple of add-ons that only give Hemorrhage should probably get a buff. (The one exception might be the Twins' add-on since Victor has Bloodhound built into his kit which makes that condition more useful for them.)
