New killer perks

1- Hex. Survivors won't be able to heal for 40/50/60 sec as long as the totem still standing. The healer and/or the injured will be notified of the Hex when they attempt to heal.
2- Hex. Survivors won't be able to cleanse any totem as long as this Hex is still standing.
3- Perk. If a healthy survivor rescues another survivor from the hook and the killer is 40 meters away, the healthy one will become broken" injured and can't heal" for 40,50,60 sec.

    Perk- After 3 successful hits on survivors, your next hit will apply the broken status effect for 40/50/60 seconds.
