Boil Over is being abused...
So now survivors are using this perk with RPD or Eirie offerings to stay in a high area and wiggling out with Boil over, then coming back up and staying there. Why isn't this reportable as taking games hostage? "ooh why so angry we were just memeing" shut up
And if I slug them, they will spam my steam profile by calling me trash, slugger, and a lot more insults. On the PTB there was a lot of feedback on this perk but none of it was heard. Can you please revert decrease the gains of the perk????

It is not taking the game hostage because you can bleed them out.

They already were doing stuff like this since the maps' releases (although it required a SWF) and BHVR never did anything about it so yeah don't get your hopes up.

Everyone knew it would be abused, it was abused on PTB, and here we are.

Just end task in loading screen if you see someone burn the offerings. Only real fix.

I'm just going to let everyone survivor bleed out that goes into high places to die. I don't care they can wait the 4 minutes if they want to abuse that skill.

Technically yes but they bring Unbreakable, No mither, whatever to keep coming up. Still, waiting 10 minutes until they all decide to bleed out should count as Taking hostage

Slug them all till death.... Just because they are down doesn't mean the Killer has to pick them up

They aren't abusing it. This was all demonstrated to bhvr on the PTB, and they decided it would still go live as is. They could've changed it, they could've made sure every area actually has hooks in it, they could at the very least remove map offerings, they did none of that so this is intended gameplay, for better or worse.

I came back for one evening, wasting bandwidth on this to install the game for a few hours only.
The solution was to slug and let bleed out, destroying boons and downing whoever stands up. So much fun for everybody.
It's fortunate we now have some good competition (one for good fun, one hard but balanced still in closed beta).
