We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.

I've noticed since the update that when I complete a skill check successfully it commonly registers as a failed attempt resulting in the killer being notified.
This is not me failing my skill checks, this is an issue with successful skill checks registering as failed.
