Can you stack pinky finger add-on with bottle add-ons?

I don't really want to waste add-ons, so i'm asking: does the insta-down add-on for clown limit the bottle to two bottles max now? Does it prevent adding more?

    If anyone wants to know: you can add 1 or 2 bottles to pinky finger add-on... it didn't get the iri head treatment.
