anyone else not receiving the 6k iridescent shards?

I have played my boi bubba multiple times before but have not received the shards. Is anyone else having this problem?

    Just in case you haven’t seen it, there is a disclaimer on the forums regarding this:

    Iridescent Shards for Leatherface Masks - we apologise for the delay for some players not receiving their shards yet. Rest assured this issue is being worked on and we hope to have an update as soon as the issue is resolved.
