how to counter tombstone myers?
i'm fairly new to the game , many times michael myers charges hes ability and insta kills me early on , how do i counter it?

As above, but also, the same counter to Myers in general: don't let him stalk you to tier 3. Tombstone massively increases the amount of stalking he has to do, so keeping out of sight leaves him with nothing.

When he has Tombstone, his left hand is “open.” Think relaxed and to the side, as if you were walking down the street with your hands not in your pockets. This is very hard to notice while in chase. But when you do notice it, or see one of your comrades fall victim to it- do like @CookieBear says and get into a locker if he’s on you. If he pulls you out and drops you repeatedly until you stun him, quickly get back into the locker. You want to force him to hook you so you can have another chance.
When Meyers does not have Tombstone, his left hand is a clenched fist to the side.
One side note though- if 3 of your teammates die to a Tombstone Meyers via the insta kill and you know this with 100% certainty- if he corners you in a locker and swipes the air for you to come out- be a good fellow gamer and let him kill you. That means he’s trying to get one of the hardest (if not THE hardest) achievement/trophy in DBD. If he has it already, he’ll most likely just pull you out and hook you. I did it before for someone and he was VERY grateful. Luckily for him we were both on Xbox so he was able to message me what he was trying to do. I didn’t get the swiping thing at first lol, plus i didnt even know it was an achievement. GL.

The counter to Myers first of all is deny him stalk.
Its not a run straight scenario but a block LOS and be mindful of positioning. Key is this relies on all team members to be aware of it and a lot aren't.
When chased by tier 3 tombstone Myers its lockers that will save you from insta kill. You can also Deny the insta kill with actions, gen repair, totem cleansing you want to be grabbed not mori'd so run with this in mind. Play around structures for time and then get into a grab scenario/locker. He's either going to wait you out in the locker or pull you out for the hook which denies the mori.
There is nothing mean about this, its the counter play. I say this as a primarily Myers player who enjoys a good tombstone.
Deception works great for this as a lot of Myers will assume you jumped into the locker to deny the mori and stand there waiting while you escape. Head on can also be a big help and buy you that extra time to get away. I'm pretty sure the DH iframes deny the mori also.
Once he's Tier 3 don't waste time healing injury state is no longer a factor and dead hard is your best friend in that scenario.
The real counter to Myers is caution to not get spotted and stalked, but often people want to play bold (run everywhere) which can feed him a lot of stalk early on.
People may get pissy at you for doing this because they are trying to get the achievement. But people need to realize that achievements don't matter and another player is under no obligation to let you kill them just to get it. If folks play enough they'll get it eventually just have some damn patience.

The big brain method would be learning early on that it's a tombstone myers and if you've not been stalked at all, hide
IIRC to get both iri's, myers needs to stalk at least 3 survivors completely right?

try not to give him much juice, and as others have mentioned, stay on a gen or jump in a locker so he can't mori.

Nope, my whole team did this to a Myers after be tombstoned the random. We all kept running unto lockers and on gens. He was so mad and sent us some hate messages 😂🤣. I'm not helping with that achievement. I got it myself on 3 accounts. Mine, and 2 old accounts.
