Should monstrous shrine be reworked into a scourge hook perk?

for a long time monstrous shrine has been accepted as a terrible perk if not the worst killer perk. We now have the scourge hook mechanic. Do you think this perk should be reworked into a scourge hook perk?

Yes, but slightly nerf the effects to compensate the easier use

Specifically, I want it to be the equivalent of Thrill or Undying, for Scourge Hook builds. It should let the basement hooks count as Scourge hooks, on top of any other effects it has on its own.

Yes, but rework into something that doesn't encourage camping plays. Something like reducing repair speed as long as the killer is far from the hook.

Yes, I am all for Monstrous Shrine having one of its effects be that the basement hooks are Scourge Hooks. That shouldn't be its only effect, it should be able to be used on its own, but as a secondary effect that's good. The other effect should be something other than what it current has as well since reducing the chance of a self-escape and shaving a couple of seconds off the hook timer in the basement are basically useless. So replace those with something a bit better, let the hooks count as Scourge Hooks, and that combined with the basement hooks generally being pretty good anyway would make it a decent perk.
