Ideas for Survivor Perk Builds

While I am at some pretty good Ranks with the Killer side of things, I have yet to reach Rank 1 as a Survivor. I think the best I managed to get was Rank 7. With that in mind, I wanted to toss out some Survivor Perk Builds here so i can get some feedback on which Perk Build would be good to run. If any of you guys has any changes, please let me know as I could use some help in becoming a Rank 1 Survivor.

Perk Build #1: Iron Will, Quick and Quiet, Urban Evasion and Calm Spirit
(This perk build is mainly used for extreme stealth gameplay. Since for one reason or another, I either really drag out chases or get downed in 2 seconds, I figure this will help me just avoid chases entirely If I ever end up running this, I'd definitely use a Med-Kit btw.)

Perk Build #2: Leader, Prove Thyself, Stake Out and Self Care
(Basically a full Gen Rush Build. I know Prove Thyself is kinda bad since it only works when you're near someone, but I figured it'd be good since everyone could get a buff, including myself. Stake Out is wonderful for me since if I'm lucky, I get free Great Skill Checks and Self-Care is basically top perk in the game anyways.)

Perk Build #3: Lithe, Self-Care, Urban Evasion and Premonition
(This is actually the kind of Perk Build I tend to run since I normally play solo. Self-Care and Urban Evasion are self-explanatory but for the sake of things, I'll explain the other two perks. Premonition trumps any Stealth Killer like Freddy, Wraith and Pig. Granted it doesn't work against Tier 1 Myers but I still find it useful to tell me where the Killer is coming from. Lithe is nice for me since it's good for vaulting. Normally when you vault, u gain a small barrier from the Killer since he has to go around it. Lithe makes it so i automatically get as much distance away from him as I can before he finishes breaking the pallet or vaulting over a window. Now, for whatever reason, this Perk sometimes doesn't work. I think it's because I haven't met the requirements or sometimes, but I guess I'll figure it out later.)

Perk Build #4: No One Left Behind, We'll Make It, Self-Care and Autodidact
(Basically the ultimate rescuing/healing machine. I could be VERY wrong on this, but it seems to me that Killers generally have an easier chance to get FAR more Bloodpoints than Survivors, especially with Perks like BBQ and Chili. It's kinda why I decided to play Killer more often in the first place. I don't know how often this will help but I hope NOLB can help with the Bloodpoint farm.)

Perk Build #5: Detective's Hunch, Alert, Bond and Open-Handed
(I'll admit, I am not entirely sure about this specific build the build itself relies entirely on Aura Reading abilities. I'm running Open-Handed here so i can combine it with the other Aura reading perks and empower them to a hopefully massive degree. My real hope for this is that it will be the Survivor version of BBQ and Chili.)

These are my possible Perk Builds. I have NO idea how effective these would truly be, but I hope they'll be somewhat useful. If anyone has any suggestions/ critiques, please let me know as I could gladly use as much help as I can get on the road to Rank 1.

    If solo:
    - Kindred: if u get hooked survivors will know if killer camps you or someone is coming to get you, so the other 2 can keep repairing gens instead of wasting time.
    - Bond: you won't be running self care so you can look for teammates to heal you or to know if someone being chased is coming to you
    - Open handed: increase by 8 meters the aura reading from bond and kindred (the other survivors will be able to see killers aura within 16 meters range instead of 8)
    - Small game: almost every killer runs ruin and/or noed. You can find totems without small game, but that perk allows you to find them way faster, and time is a key factor if you want to survive. Also helps against trappers and hags.

    The meta slave build-
    Dead hard
    Self care
    Iron will
    And Botany Knowledge
Literally removes the healing nerf and u get ur dead hard predicted and rekt.

I would say the best build for me is
-Self care III (for when things go wrong)
-Empathy III (there's an impressive amount of info you can gain from seeing hurt survivors, and at tier 3 you can see them anywhere on the map)
-Kindred III (you benefit yourself and your team by doing this)
-Urban evasion (good against hag and allows quick sneaking around things)

    Best build for distracting
    -adrenaline
    -boil over
-decisive strike (careful with this one, only put it on if you can hit it amd you can take a lot of the killer mains crying amd calling you toxic)
    -sprint burst
If your good at distracting and the killer is dumb and doesn't leave you alone, with this build you can distract all game

    Or

    Treasure hunter
    -ace in the hole
    -plunderers instinct
    -pharmacy
    -up the ante

I would get rid of Pharmacy and replace it with Self Care. That way, I can still heal myself AND I get a chance at something  other than a medkit.

The general stealth build I use is: Quick & Quiet, Iron will, Lithe and Spine chill.
I find Urban evasion and calm spirit to be fairly overrated as stealth perk goes
Crow are basicly impotent and won't fly off unless you step on them or run around them and doctor isn't common enought to justify using a perk slot to counter his early game detection.
For urban evasion I never was in case where having it would have saved my ass.

Even if my objectif is to not get seen to begin with I rather still have tool to escape (aka Q&Q+Lithe)
And spine chill is generally pretty good on map with low visibility like any of the indoor map wich usually are a pain to stealth in because you generaly won't have any visibility on the killer further more from personnal experience it saved my ass so many time against Monitor & Abuse nurses that I lost the compt

My current build on Jake is Iron Will, Dead Hard, Adrenaline and Resilience. I legit can't play without Iron Will. I get some interesting comments about Resilience, but it's come in handy in a clutch with the 9% objective speed increase at tier 3. Especially if it's the last gen and I play smart. I had a match the other day where I got tagged by a Billy after the last gen popped and lost my Adrenaline. I managed to stealth him with Iron Will after he lost sight of me, right near the door. As soon as I see him chainsaw run across the map, I managed to get the door open and just make it out with a final Dead Hard out the gate. I wouldn't have made it out without the speed boost. Since I stopped running Self Care, it makes me feel a little more useful if I'm injured and can't find anyone to heal me and I'm not running a med-kit. I run the same build on David, except I use Unbroken instead of Resilience.

I did run Calm Spirit as part of my main build for awhile. It's a good perk against a small number of killers, unfortunately not very versatile. If I find myself coming up against more Doctors than normal, I'll toss it back on. Against the Clown, I wish instead of just removing the shriek and cough when getting hit with a bottle, you got a recovery boost from the affects. Not shrieking when taking a chainsaw/hatchet/ect to the face is just silly. They know they hit you.
