Which do you find more unfun to go against, Spirit or Deathslinger?

So, me and a friend were having a discussion about what the community personally dislikes more to go against. I'm just wondering because, I personally think Slinger is more fun while he finds Spirit more fun. So, I'm just wondering what the community has to say about this.

    Deathslinger is a joke compared to Spirit.

    Even before Deathslinger nerfs, I had no issues going against him.

    I actually don't mind going against Spirit, even before her nerf. But I'll always hate going against Deathslinger.

    The only time now I dread facing against a Spirit is if I have no Iron Will on.

    I like going against them both, but unfortunately I don’t encounter them as much as I used too.

    I hated old slinger but not anymore.

    I’ve always liked spirit.

    It really depends though. Spirit after the nerf is a LOT more fun to play against generally but when the Dried Cherry Blossom add-on is used and/or the spirit uses other good speed and duration addons, it's a bit tedious.

    Deathslinger is more bearable after his nerf but I still don't like playing against him even though he can't quickscope so fast anymore. I still don't like him for the same pre-nerf reasons, but to a lesser extent.

    The latter options are cop outs. It isn't if you enjoyed them, its which one do you like/dislike more than the other.


    Deathslinger takes certain skill to play as and you can juke his power at times. It can be hard and very powerful - but there's always the chance of counterplay.


    However, I feel that the spirit is too difficult in certain circumstances, and forces players to gamble at times. It's never fun to gamble a 50/50 at a pallet because you are unsure of their approach. At least with 'Slinger you know where he is and can use your skills to get out of it,

    i love both and neither of them needed the unnecessary nerfs, especially deathslinger

    Deathslinger is just a joke now, so chases aren't challenging or fun with him (although they never really were in the first place).

    Spirit has counterplay now and both sides are more equally matched in a chase. So chases are a lot more fun than before. Not super fun or anything, but better.
