Spice names are illegible thanks to my phone camera, but they are celery seed, smoked paprika, caraway seed and marjoram. Flour and egg are for pasta, sugar will be used when browning the meat and I'll probably serve it with either sour cream or sauerkraut. I'll post the finished result when it happens.
