Hex: Devour Hope, The "2 Tokens" Reward
5% more movement speed for 10 seconds after 10 seconds after a hook: It's close to nothing.
And while i'm not saying you should already be able to 1-hit or kill for earning just 2 Tokens, it's still 2 Tokens you got without the Hex Totem being cleansed.
I think the reward should be higher than what it currently is.
So, what do i want?
Honestly: I got no concrete ideas, i'd rather just see the devs come up with something that's better instead.
All i know is that i don't want something so ######### that you won't ever notice it nor something so short-lived you can't even try to put it to good use.
But i can throw in some ideas that i'd like to see i guess...
2 Tokens: Once you gain your 2nd Token, if a Dull Totem is available, light it up to make it a Hex Totem.
(Yes, this new Hex Totem will be affected by Hex: Thrill of the Hunt.)
(Yes, this ability won't trigger AT ALL if all 5 Totems already are Hex Totems when you hit 2 Tokens.)
If a Survivor successfully cleanses this specific Hex Totem, it will prevent both the Cursed & Exposed Status Effects from appearing.
If the Cursed & Exposed Status Effects are already displayed, it will be removed from the Survivors' HUD upon the Survivor successfully cleansing the new Hex Totem.
Or, instead of a 2 Tokens reward, a 4 Tokens reward: Your Red Stain is removed & your Terror Radius is muted, but effects revolving around the Terror Radius still apply.

I like the idea of removing the buff altogether from the first 2 and making the 3rd hook be when the hex totem lights up0

I think the 2nd token is just like the movement speed from noed, no one uses those perks for those reasons, it's just an extra.
I kinda like the 2nd token idea though, many more killers would run it, meaning survivors would be forced to cleanse all the dull totems thus making the match last longer, also would kill NOED. The only problem i see is that it might kill build diversity as well.
The 4th token reward is too op and would kill perks like beast of prey and tinkerer.0 -

Just cause they're like that doesn't mean this Perk couldn't have that buff.I'm not going into a discussion with you whether that buff's OP or not: You think so, i don't think so. That could go on forever and i'm not in the mood for that today.

- 2 Tokens: Hides the Exposed & Cursed Status Effects
- 3 Tokens: Survivors suffer from the Exposed Status Effect
- 5 Tokens: Grants the ability to kill Survivors by your own hand

I think, that is too op.
Your 2nd Token idea has to be the 4th token.
Because devour is op, if you want to make it better at the 2nd token it would be unplayable against.0 -
