Do teachable perks reset if I prestige the teacher?

Want to prestige 2 of my survivors. If I do this, will I have to unlock the teachable perks again for them to appear in other survivor's bloodwebs, or do they stay forever? Also from what level can the teachable perks appear in other survivor's bloodwebs?

No the teachable perks remain unlocked....all you have to do, is wait for the RNG Gods to grant you the perks you want in the bloodweb.
And the teachable perks you've unlocked can appear in the other survivors bloodwebs anytime after they've been unlocked.
