All that is left unsaid - I leave it to the balancers and other people who will do this if the idea is accepted into the project. I'm just pushing a rough concept

Main skill:

"Far-sighted👀" The RMB is pressed and the maniac begins to see at a great distance through the fog. A charge bar is consumed during the active skill (I mean, like when Billy's chainsaw is working) If one survivor is seen while using the ability, he is highlighted with an aura for some time (?). If two survivors were seen, the aura of these survivors is highlighted for (?) seconds and the maniac gains (?) seconds of stealth. If three survivors were spotted - the aura of these survivors is highlighted for (?) seconds, the maniac also gains (?) seconds of stealth and each gets one random negative effect (survivor state). If four survivors are spotted - everything is the same as above, only they get two random negative effects instead of one (Blindness, Vulnerability💀, etc.)

Skills:

"360 degrees/Third Eye👁️‍🗨️" The Survivor, who can be seen within a radius of (?) meters, provokes the maniac to look at himself. Cooldown (?) seconds. Does not work if there is already someone in the field of view of the maniac. (It’s probably difficult to write. Now, if a player on a maniac looks at 12🕛️ hours directly, and a survivor crawls out from behind a shelter somewhere for 5🕓️ hours, then the maniac’s screen turns in this direction exactly at the survivor. But the condition that the survivor was precisely visible, even if you initially looked there (not behind a stone, not behind a wall, etc.))

"The main victim is a hindrance to others🤷‍♀️" One nearest generator within a radius (?) meters from the obsession is blocked while the obsession is in the maniac's field of vision

"Don't take your eyes off😍" - if the survivor looks at the maniac for more than (?) seconds while the chase is running, the look (screen) of the survivor is provoked at the maniac for (?) seconds and cannot be turned

Actually everything. As for me, the screen provocation mechanic will be something interesting. Also, perks will probably dilute builds based on chasing survivors, rather than protecting generators.

As for the illogicality of the fact that a maniac flies and can fly over the boards - forget it, the model can be made not flying too high or even ground-based with some kind of tentacles / paws
