Opinion on New Boil Over Buff, any counters to the perk for killers?

What's your general viewpoint on the Buff to the perk? In my opinion, I think it's an "ok" perk but pretty annoying and game-breaking on multifloored maps such as RPD station since that was the one time the entire survivor team stayed in the library and practically burned my eyes out with flashlights, teabagged my life from start to end and used no mither 101% of the time, knowing it was impossible for me to carry them to a hook. I was also playing blight which didn't help.

I know there are perks like mad grit, agitation, and iron grasp but they aren't too much of help in execution. Maybe slugging would have worked somehow...

    TriangularHead cage or NerfdSlinger can sometimes drag them off the high drops before you hit them down.
