I was penalized because another player was disconnected

I have been complaining about the problem of penalties for a long time. This last time after the last update I was penalized because another player disconnected. send images and screenshots to DBD technical support but no one answers. I saw that other players had the same thing happen... is it fair to penalize and punish those of us who play fair? Can I be banned from playing a game that I bought knowing that they have problems with punishments?(
