Am I getting lag switched?

I havn't played in a while and was trying to warm up but every game so far has been unplayably laggy. As in, when I move at all the screen freezes for a few seconds. I've played dbd plenty of times on this PC with ultra graphics and 60 fps. My internet is more than fine, I did a speed test after each match and my ping is under 5o ms. Am I just being lag switched repetitivley or is it something else?
