Hag trap terror radius not playing

When a hag trap is triggered, a terror radius and heartbeat should immediately play in a small area around the phantasm.
Currently, this does not happen until the hag actively teleports to her phantasm.

Can confirm. This has been a bug for nearly a year lol.
