Why when the survivor scream the gen can be block with the perk of death linger?
On the perk that said when you stop to fix the gen not when you scream, this perk with the perk front artist is too stronge, you need to fix if you scream but not stop the gen the gen are not block

When the survivor screams, they throw their hands up and stop repairing the gen, which blocks the gen.

Because whenever a killer makes you scream it stops your action and the perk works that whenever you stop repairing a generator when it's active, it blocks the generator. Scream = stopping actions = blocked gen. That's why

I don't see the problem because it's easy to avoid when you see it coming. Once you know the killer has Pain Resonance and DMS, let go of the gen before the survivor gets hooked, and start repairing it again afterwards.
It's kind of like how once you realize the killer has Tinkerer, you start looking around, piling on gens at the end, and expecting them to show up when you hit 70%. Or once you realize the killer has Discordance, you stop doubling on gens. Just something you have to observe and react to as the match goes on.

You know, there's something called "synergy", right? It's when 2 or more things have a greater effect when combined than they do when separate.

There is no perk that synergizes with the perk, unless need someone else.

Well that's just false. Plenty of perks synergise with DMS, like Infectious Fright or Pain Resonance or even Eruption by technicality even if highly impractical. Powers like Carter's Spark or Dream Demon also work wonderfully. There absolutely is synergy and not exclusively in perks either.

When the killer makes you scream, it interrupts your actions. So when the killer hooks a survivor on a Pain Resonance hook, it makes survivors working on a gen scream which interrupts their actions and triggers DMS to proc.
Pain Resonance and DMS is easy to counter. Let go of the gen before a survivor gets hooked. It counters both perks.

I don't mind so much since it rewards killers for downing + hooking, i.e. camping and slugging won't get you much value with it.
DMS also has no good synergy with ruin or pop too which is more likely to mean more variety.
DMS is kinda stupid on artist but at some point they're going to give up balancing killer perks if it's too much on only one out of many killers.

Screaming interrupts actions. This has been intentional for literally years. The generator repair was interrupted. Thus, Dead Man's Switch blocks it. Yeah, DMS could use a cooldown (maybe 40s or so), but the functionality isn't unintended.

. . . You're not serious, are you? Literally any perk that forces you off gens or interrupts you while repairing gens synergizes with DMS. Hell, even Doctor's shock therapy synergizes with DMS. You couldn't be any more wrong.
