Rank reset for both survivor and killer

Playing on Xbox SX.

I was rank 3 (red lll) for survivor and gold IV for killer.. logged in and both are ash IV. (Not the 13th it's the 2nd, no reward) I worked my rear end off. What can be done? Anything?


Edit.. never mind. After I played a match the rank came back.

    Same just happened to me I was red rank 1 survivor, havent checked killer yet. No reward bp and im ash 4 now. PS4 btw


    EDIT: ok ill try playing a match and report back

    Mine showed +56 rank points after completing a match and went back to normal.
