I am curious, do any out there listen to ASMR or watch Mukbangs?
I have some I listen too, I got into ASMR due to anxiety and had problems sleeping, I very much use something int he Uk called Feather and Down, bath stuff and spray on my bedding to help me, and other things like medication, drawing. But I found ASMR, a few I listen too is Caroline ASMR, Tena ASMR, Whispers Red ASMR and a few more, I can help watching Mukbangs either. I find Nick Avacado hilarious and well I wonder if anyone else watches them? with some Mukbangs I so want what they are eating an lots of it's in the USA which looks so good. But I wish to try foods like Fufu, and proper crabs legs, proper sushi as well as here where I am we are lacking in such.

I dont personally seek out ASMR or Mukbangs (will click on the humorous ones if they pop up), but I have no qualms whatsoever with hearing people eat and talking throughout their Mukbang session. None of the nummy noises bother me, neither do the sounds of the plate clanging or utensil sliding.
I will say that when I head to sleep, I do put the sounds of rain on through Apple's Audio Accessability Settings. It lets you pick different sounds like White Noise. Had no clue about it until recently, but I do appreciate the rain noises they put in.

I do listen to/watch ASMR occasionally.
i actually had these ‚tingles‘ rarely as a teen without knowing what it was or how it’s triggered. I dont listen to them to fall asleep though since any audio would rather keep me awake…
never heard of Mukbangs though…

If you want to listen to people eating, just join a Dead By Daylight SWF group on comms.

ASMR occasionally, yes. It can be very helpful.

Mukbangs are disgusting. I wont eat around people who eat loud like this IRL

Normally I’m more of a white noise person myself.
yes, I’m boring, I know.

I do have a white noise machine myself, I found ASMR when I was struggling to sleep, I first began with weather like noises, then it further advanced, it just helps me sleep when my anxiety is going nuts, I know some like it to help they study as well. :)
