Playing killer makes no fun anymore.
i think there must be little nerf on the gens. Because one year ago you played killer, you have enough time to make a round with a kill or without. At the end of 2021 and this year....a game is over in minutes. Thats not the game i have played years ago. That makes me bad as killer......and i´m a fair killer. Let them down from hook dont hit the same again and so on. but know i chase one surv one minute, it makes pling, and two or mor gens are done ( i have found the the surv between 50 sek and 1 minute). I have makes some time records with killers... as killer and surv. An average round are timed @9 minutes bad rounds without a kill and gen rush as ######### by chasing 1 surv 4 minute 60 seconds. an bad round is over beetween 5 and 8 minutes. It cannot be, that this genrushes wished from behave.

If you arent enjoying it play survivor for a while. Or take a break. I reckon killer is still fun even in fast games because i know its a short queue, and i like the gameplay. Play the game mode you enjoy, goodluck dude

An advice from the dev

Killers having a short queue isn´t really an appealing reason to play killer tbh.

Yeah so I can quickly not have fun back to back... hmm, not really a tempting proposition tbh lol

What i meant was if i have a short game, or a bad game, i know queue is short so i can move on quick. No biggie. Yeah its more fun playing killer regardless. Depends on your gameplay style. I feel sorry for survivors. Id hate to wait in long queue for short games.

Yeah I get what you meant but it comes down to quantity over quality. I am a survivor main and I really only play killer when I get sick of waiting or now just to get rank 1 Iri for the BP, but I would still rather wait than endure back to back frustration of playing killer.
Don't get me wrong it isn't all bad as in all honesty most survivors are not that good. But some days killer is just hell and I regret even trying

Getting one bad game after another will never be tempting, even when the queue is short. But some people still don´t seem to understand that.

If this was an MMO. Survivor is a dps class. You sit in que forever because theres a ton of you. Then you get bored and switch to a tank or healer class(killer) just so you can play. Then after one match you remember why you choose a dps class.

Good survivors adapted to those losy killer strategies in doing gens more effectively, they dont even genrush (which only reflects squads with toolboxes and related perks). Thats the only thing that changed. But still the games can be played pretty good. Like i had only one game this season as Trapper that made me really feel bad in getting one hook against some coordinated pallet drop warriors. Any other games i had quite much fun so far, even against other 4-SWF. And even though i get a ridiculous amount of big maps. And i just "lost" (< 2 kills) 3 games so far.

When the only advice people offer is to "switch to survivor" or "play something else", you know things are ######### up.
This game...this game isn't worth a damn thing anymore, hasn't been for some time.

I have been playing lots of Gears 5 lately. Just saying.

The game is already easy for survivors, you're making it easier. It's not your job to rotate them on hooks so they don't die, that's their objective, you should counterplay. You don't see survivors slowing down their game to help you, because that's not a thing.
You can't expect to win when you're helping them win. You don't have to pick one or the other, sometimes I'm casually grinding and sometimes I play to kill, but when I play casual I don't get frustrated when I don't win. If you choose to go easy, that's your choice.
At the same time, I get it. I have a thousand mori's because I didn't think they were fair in their older form. I chose to play less efficiently because that made me happy. You do you, but adjust your expectations. As you get better, your opponents will too.
Most important of all, don't give a F. It's fun to chase people and hit them with things, focus on the fun.
