Wiggle bonus on drop

I noticed today that when the killer manually drops you it doesn't give the 25% bonus to the wiggle bar anymore.
Is this the intended change from the patch or should i report this as a bug?

It never gave 25%. Of the top of my head its around 15-20% and it was always like that

Ow right it was lowered at some point i forgot.
Still yesterday it gave nothing. Is that suppose to be or is it a bug?
