Cant derank from red?
I know u cant derank from red 1 anymore but yesterday i reached iri 4 and played just awefull the next 3 rounds. Got 0 pips instead of -1. So u cant even derank vom iri back to gold now? Im kinda confused.

Keep in mind your Grade isn’t used for matchmaking at all. So even though your Grade is locked in your hidden MMR which is used for matchmaking does go down when you don’t escape as a survivor or get kills as a killer.

Yeah i know, but thx mate :) I ask cuz monthly BP. So i cant drop anymore like " u reached the rank once this month, heres ur free BP" ?

Once you have reached a Grade Threshold (that's what I'm calling it) you're stuck there, basically. A Grade Threshold is just, the bottom of each individual Grade (ie. Iri 1, Ash 4, etc), and inside the Grades are your pips. You can get as many pips as you like inside the Grade, but once you reach the next Grade Threshold you're now at that Grade instead and cannot return to any previous ones outside of Reset.
