My rank was reset from gold I to ash 4?

I was gold I this morning and now I'm ash 4. Devs? Sigh...

TBH I don't really care about rank. I do, however, care about the work I put in for the bloodpoints I WAS going to achieve for ranking.

Did this happen to anyone else?

I'm on ps4 btw.
