Buff option 1: Reduces Consumption rates by (11/22/33%) for the items you and nearby allies have carried.

Buff option 2: Reduces Consumption rates by (25/35/45%) for the items you and nearby allies have carried.

Nerf: Streetwise no longer stacks with other instances of itself.

Reason: Survivors don't use streetwise very often during random public matches.

    Streetwise could be buffed to 50%, and Built to last could be nerfed to one refill only "in my opinion" (to prevent the perks stacking too much). Even 33% more charges i'd take it, 25% is just so negligible unfortunately.
