Hi BHVR, I'd like to advice you to do more when it comes to communication with fans.

Now this is a guess, but an educated one: I think it's fair to say that alot of the frustration regarding "omg bhvr fix your game" and "they never change actual issues" stems from poor communication as to what you're working on and want to do. The fact that you guys have said you're working on Legion and Ghostie is great, but it can still not be enough for alot of people.

I suggest clarifying what things on those killers you're focusing on improving/changing, a time window when we can expect to see them (of course that's not always feasible, but in general), and generally just giving more of a timeline as to when we can expect changes.

It's easy to get frustrated when we don't know what you guys are doing, so being more honest and open as to your priorities, what your goals are for a certain update, etc. Right now alot of the community might be bored or furstrated as we have little to no idea as to when something is happening! We're just sitting, hoping for a balance change soon.

So, I sincerely hope you guys will work more on being more clear and open about what you're doing and working on. Especially more timelines! They're wonderful.

Thanks, love you <3

I agree. They tend to don't share anything before is ready and this ends up with complaints, like for example what happened for billy, none wanted the cooldown on his chainsaw but hey we worked on it so it's here to stay.

I think they don't talk about what they work on because of what happened to MMR, they talked about it, is not based on kills and escapes because is not great and doesn't work, some months later it is released the way they said wasn't healthy anyway.

And also wanna add that ptbs are useless because nothing change when we test stuff

I think a big part of it is that people need to stop memeing questions for the Q&A sections. Its a really nice outlet for transparency with the community to address a lot of valid issues with the game, but half of what gets voted up are either pointless questions that get asked repeatedly, cute animal pictures(?), or questions that can't really be answered. More interaction with thought out posts on the forums would be one thing (especially when they get banished to the feedback graveyard) but its just as much on us as a community as it is on them at times.

Make a post that you have completed all achievments.

They will be all over the topic dancing and cheering

A road map would be nice to see. I understand they won't want to give out all the details. However just sending out "here is our plan this year" with smaller more detailed roadmaps each quarter covering their plan for the immediate 3 months would be great. Much better than "soon".

Any time they give details like this, the community assumes that it is completely set in stone and then gets all outraged when things are delayed or abandoned down the line.

So now they don't tell us anything until they are ready and I don't blame them.

The community is full of babies who don't have the slightest clue how game development works.

To be fair, there have been very strong counterarguments from people who do know game development, some of them even developers themselves. They get washed aside with NERF X PLZ topics all over the place, but they also don't get any actual feedback to either acknowledge or discuss their points. This topic is also in the feedback section now, even though it could have actually been a discussion about the difficulties of curating discussion on the forums/Q&A's, and been a good opportunity to let people know they aren't always being ignored. Meta topics like that should always have a place at the table, especially to prevent them from constantly popping up repeatedly as time goes on.

They literally just do stuff randomly and at whim.
