Redemption Codes Not Working

I have typed in my Amazon Prime Redemption Code for the Free Dwight Outfit, actually typed it in 7 times, and it is saying "This code is invalid. Please double check that you have entered it in correctly and try again."

I have done that 7 times now and it is still saying the same thing.

Why is this happening and is anyone else having this issue?

Please make sure that you type the code exactly as shown - no extra spaces etc. And also make sure that nobody else has claimed your code.
