Connection drops mid game - xbox

Having issues with connection in game. Today and yesterday every other game would throw me out halfway through and either say “disconnected from host” or “network connection lost” even though the internet is working on all devices fine. I have now been banned for 30 minutes. It’s really unfair and off putting when it’s not your fault or in your control. Really sucks will be put off if not fixed. Dbd sort yourselves out I want to play more nemesis. :)
