Midwich sound bug

The general background noise on midwich ive noticed since the last couple of patches sounds a bit bugged. It sounds like a low quality audio file for the background noise. Its only affected on this map, but is consistant every game. Im playing on PC with a good headset. Not sure if its audible from speakers or not.
