Can't pick up survivors on bedham preschool

I was using The Pig on Bedham preschool 2 (not sure if the same on other variations or with other killers) and after downing a survivor in between the hedges wall and the 2 story house it was impossible to perform the action of picking up the survivor. Anybody else had this happen?
