We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.
White Ward oversight

The white ward description states "burning this offering grants protection against the loss of your item and addons", however, if you escape you I think you lose your addons like normal and the offering only works if you die.
edit: this seemed to be a one off occurrence, as I cannot get it to happen again
