Oppression is glitched

step 1. play as survivor
step 2. the killer uses oppression
step 3. killer kicks generator for oppression
step 4. succeeding the difficult skill check gives you a ~5% penalty on your generator
this has happened in 3 matches so far and it seems like people are noticing it's glitch and using it more

Can confirm this has been a bug since the midchapter patch.
