Your blindness for seeing your fears have sharpened your senses. Reader's Eye will activate when you've suffered from the blindness or oblivious status effect. You'll gain the following when repairing generators:
- The odds of triggering skill checks was reduced to 0% at all times.
I don't know what should I do with this perk. This perk was used to be useful but there is something missing here.
