Fengmin problem with skirt in running animation

hello I just wanted to compare in the link I'll post first there are 2 videos 1 fengin skirt is swinging in the old run animation https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A9EwDq-y4ak It will be enough to look between 2 minutes 52 seconds and 3 minutes 10 seconds.
In my second link, in the running animation, the skirt of the feng seems to be stuck to the feet and it does not sway like in my old video, I think it is a mistake. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oVmzHic1O70
