Is progress saved on Behavior Servers?
Disclaimer: Sorry if this isn’t the proper category, I’m on mobile and the Wheel isn’t that helpful in terms of where I’m meant to put it. I’m just selecting the only PS4 option that doesn’t have another language on it lmao
Hey, first time poster, long time player. My fiancée and I play DbD together when we have free time, but we haven’t touched it in months. We got the urge, turned her PS4 on and found that it’s stuck in the safe mode loop. A morning of headaches later and it turns out we have to completely wipe her PS4 (initialize) in order to get it functional again.
Will all of her progress on the blood web, cosmetics and perks she got through the shrine be wiped if I completely reset her PS4?
The PlayStation support person I talked to didn’t know, was hoping someone else might know for sure.

I'd open a support ticket to be sure.

The progress is tied to the PSN/platform account and is saved on server and not on your own device.
so as long as you use the same PSN account after resetting or even switching to a new PlayStation your progress should still be there!
