Settings Sliders Cannot be Clicked Quickly

When adjusting the volume and whatnot, I like to just click really fast in order to change to the number I want (there is no slider any more). There seems to be some sort of limit placed on how fast the adjustment button can be pressed, such that even when using an autoclicker at 100 clicks/second the slider still takes some time to go from 0-100. Would love if this limit could be taken off so we can click these as fast as we want!
