We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.

This happens on all platforms.
When you hear Pinhead pick up the Lament Configuration, crouch and stay crouched. You won't scream, nor will you get chained. I'm actually unsure if this is a bug or not, but to me, it seems like one, due to how easy it really is to just crouch when you hear him take the box, rendering this feature basically useless.
