We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.
Rank resetting after the 13th?

Hi,
I was playing the killer as rank silver I as the Pig. I killed two survivors, did not camp, go afk nor crash. Upon completion of said round, my rank had been reset from silver I to Bronze IV. (It had already reset a few days prior for the monthly reset, on the 13th. And I had received my BP for it).
I was told to restart and complete another game, and so I did. Restarting had no effect, the game itself, I killed all four survivors, was awarded the two pipes but still Bronze IV.
Was told to report the issue here. Is it a known one?
