Frame Drops?

I used to be able to stream this game pretty pretty reliable framerates and no real issues. After the most recent patch (and ESPECIALLY on the PTB), I've noticed my frames have become pretty choppy. In game it's noticeable for me but it's definitely worse on my stream, which really sucks. I think I've heard people on twitter talk about this but I figured I'd ask here, too. I figure it isn't my stream because the choppiness is affecting my perspective too, and I've tinkered with my stream settings. If anyone has any quick fixes to try, I'd love to hear them!
