fan chapter: Trials of the damned
Justice is blind as is occasionally the Justice system. Vincent Camarillo is well aware of this... The son of two Italian immigrants Vincent had trouble finding proper work and thus resorted to theft and other petty crimes. Eventually he had found himself incarcerated one too many times and vowed to change his life. Upon his release he eventually met his wife and they had 2 children. One night while Vincent was having drinks with his friends someone would murder his wife and children. Do to Vincent having a criminal history and the local police having a general bias against Italian-americans Vincent was tried and found guilty of 3 counts of murder and sentenced to death. 15 years later on the day of his execution Vincent prayed for a chance at revenge against the justice system that was going to kill him for crimes he didn't commit. When the switch for the electric chair was activated a large deal of smoke was created and Vincent disappeared.

The killer for this chapter is The Condemned. The Condemned's appearance is of a prisoner with burned skin wearing a prison jumpsuit. Their hair is spiked from electricity and black smoke occasionally bellows out from their eyes. On their wrists are chains which once held an iron ball weight. The Condemned has the power binding chains. By holding down the power button the condemned will pull their fists up to the side of their head and by releasing the button the will fling the binding chains in front of them. If the chains hit a survivor they will pull themself to the survivor quickly and damage them. If hitting a dropped pallet they will quickly fling towards it and break it at a quicker pace than normal. If they hit a vault they will be flung to it and vault faster than normal. Tricky survivors may try baiting them into a vault or pallet break but The Condemned might fake the chain, cancel with the attack button and smack them with a basic attack.
The Condemned comes with 3 unique perks. Their perks grave injustice, lockdown and scourge hook: Incarceration allow them to punish survivors for their allies getting hooked, allow easy hunting of the next target once hooking a survivor and temporarily preventing survivor from escaping dire scenarios.
grave injustice, you become obsessed with one survivor. When the obsession is hooked the action speeds of all survivors is lowered by 20/25/30%. The killer can only be obsessed with one survivor at a time. (unlocked at level 30)
lockdown, when hooking a survivor all pallets and vaults in your terror radius will be blocked for survivors for 30 seconds. Any survivor in your terror radius at this time will scream and reveal their location for 2/4/6 seconds. (unlocked at level 35)
scourge hook: incarceration, at the start of the trial 4 hooks will be transformed into scourge hooks, their aura is shown in white. When you hook a survivor on one of these hooks they will be unable to attempt freeing themselves as well as being saved by another survivor for the next 16/18/20 seconds. (unlocked at level 40)
Killer's weapon: Prisoner's shiv
Mori: The Condemned wraps a chain around the survivor's neck and stabs them repeatedly in the torso with their shiv.
I have a map and survivor I can put up as a part 2. LMK if you like this killer concept and want to hear more.
