You pull pallets and exit lockers 20/30/40% faster.

(One of Mike Winston's Personal perks. his three personal perks will overpower most of the killer's abilities and put them in a tight limit pursuit. But he will end up sacrificed relentlessly in the end.)

What is Dazed?

Dazed will cause the killer unable to use their abilities and powers for a short time. Dazed does not affect killer perks.

That's literally game-breakingly overpowered. Absolutely no. That ability at all is dumb, let alone 20 seconds.
