Ok all that aside, I would love to see fear on the part of the survivors again. Since the down animation flings players a full body length, I would love to see the ability for a killer to grab a survivor, who has not fully crawled past the barrier, by the leg and drag them back into the playable area and pick them up. Tell me that wouldn't solve some problem and put the terror back into players.

    While I 100% agree that it's quite toxic when Survivors are T-bagging all over the match, your idea doesn't really work as after hitting a Survivor you can't perform any actions for a solid chunk of time and any Survivor who's getting downed at the edge of the gate will already be long gone once you can. To be honest it is free points for the Killer when they do that as well, so at least there's that.

    On the topic of T-bagging though it'd be nice if the game detected rapid crouch mashing from a Survivor and in return had the Entity sprout up from the ground (since it is the ground) and root the Survivor in place for a moment or two, long enough for a Killer to break a pallet and impale them I'd say :thinking:.

    It's completely insane that the survivors are almost absolutely safe in the gate room, and even a bit outside it.

    Short of people with one hit downs, or hitting someone who foolishly stays injured, there's a large amount of real-estate the survivor can be in, and be practically guaranteed an escape.
    And as the OP says, there's an area in the gate room that is completely guaranteed an escape.

    The problem is that the majority of the community purchased a horror game, but actually doesnt like horror games
