Boon Cooldown?

So this is from a survivor main who currently has all boon totem perks. After playing a few games in a swf where we all ran CoH, I can easily say that all boon totem perks need a cooldown. Similar to exhaustion perks, boon perks should force the survivors to wait to be able to light another one up instead of instantly going back and relighting an already snuffed totem 2 seconds after it has been cleared. Adding a 180/160/120 second cooldown to each boon perk in a category similar to exhaustion like "mana" or something like that will force the survivors to not only have good positioning in their totem placement, but also allow killers to know that they can take a few minutes of breathing time before they have to go deal with another boon perk.

The CoH change imo didn't fix the issue with CoH as it allows for a huge radius of healing and if you are in any small map, you know for ######### sure you are going to be able to heal by just running to one side of the map. Maps like midwich are notorious for being Boon heaven as the small map paired with the two floors allowing for totems to be used on both upper and lower floors makes playing any killer besides nurse or blight a ######### nightmare.

If you disagree however, please let me know. I really want to know why people actually defend this perk even though the evidence shows it is unhealthy for killers, as it makes killers like legion completely useless as everyone can just self-heal and not waste as much time, and survivors, as now they don't have to worry about messing up in a chase or getting themselves injured out of nowhere as they know they can just run to the same corner and heal up all by themselves.
