i think these could all be interesting but poland and vietnam worry me depending on which parts of history would be focused on for lore.

Vietnam
Vietnam has some very interesting folklore that can be dipped into.
That, and their long history with brutality and mental health in the face of the war has created some striking imagery and urban legends to explore.
