Lower the amount of safe pallets and windows in matches

Lower the amount of safe unmindgamable pallets and windows that survivors have. And add more areas where there is nothing for survivors to use. Not many though but at least a couple.

    I think long wall jungle gyms should spawn less frequently. All other tiles I’m fine with.
