We need a Grim Reaper in this game.
The Reaper:
Power: Soul Collection
You have the ability to take the soul of survivors. Stick out your hand (like oni without movement penalty) and hold out a glass jar which consumes the soul of the targeted survivor. It takes 7 seconds for the soul to get in the bottle and 2 seconds for the Reaper to close the lid. He then throws the bottle in the air infront of him and it relocates itself on the floor of the map. A survivor can see their soul bottle when they are within 60 meters of it. A survivor goes up to the bottle and smashes it on the ground to get their sould back. Survivors can not smash other survivors bottles.
If your soul is taken you have 33% slower repairing, opening chest, and healing speeds. These debuffs go away wants you get your soul back.
The first time your soul is taken 1 perk of yours is disabled until you smash your soul bottle. The second time 2 perks are disabled, third time 3 perks are disabled and fourth time plus, all perks are disabled until you smash your soul bottle.
Dead Man Walking:
If you have not smashed your soul bottle within 3 minutes of getting your soul taken you are instantly moriable. Timer resets each time.
My one perk idea.
Death Row: After you are stunned by a survivor all windows and pallets within 60 meters are blocked for 10/15/20 seconds.
