Community Chapter
Why not make one chapter with votes from the community? The Sims 4 did something similar. They showed really early concepts and the community could vote what design, name, theme, ect. it had. Wouldn't that be really cool for a chapter in Dbd? The votes could be over months and would create the chapter step by step.

If they wanna give something to community, most of all wants to fix grind, hacker and balance issues. They can make which chapters they wanna. Chapters will not fix problems.

I'm voting for a mimic killer. It takes the form of some kind of deformed monstrous survivor and it uses an oversized industrial flashlight as its weapon.

They wouldn't want that becuz there won't be any money involved. We want quality of life changes, something that doesn't bring money to the BHVR table.
Another problem is that they'd have to introduce multiple chapters at once for us to choose from, meaning they can't save any of them for future hype trains since we'd already know what's in store for us.

Warframe did something almost exactly like this and the only thing that ever got upvoted was memes. There were really strong concepts in what we could vote for and instead all we got was "wArFrAmE iS bRoKeN, mAkE a BrOkEn WaRfRaMe!"

We even have a trailer for how they arrived in the Fog. A strange, unexplained death.
This isn't the community update we need, but we both want and deserve it.

You do realize that would fail miserably right....look at the Q&A as a example and that proves why they can't do something like that....we would get the most broken one sided chapter ever
